By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We offer AI-powered image and video creation for pets and related subjects, including style-driven image generation, template galleries, image-to-video creation, and tools to view, manage, download, and share your generated works.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
FurVerse does not require a separate username, password, or email account to get started. When you open the app, we automatically create a device-linked profile so you can use credits, creation history, and purchases on the same device.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you upload photos for generation, image data is processed to provide the requested output. We do not use uploaded content to identify you personally beyond what is needed to operate the Service. Please review the Privacy Policy for retention, security, and your rights.
You agree not to upload, generate, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
All rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, templates, and underlying technology, belong to us or our licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal purposes.
You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to applicable law.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display your content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete applicable content or your account data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the Service at your own risk.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes should first be raised through the in-app Feedback channel so we can try to resolve them informally. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
